UMI Weed Harvesters tackle the difficult job of clearing tropical ports and waterways of the choking encroachment of water hyacinth and related aquatic weeds.

UMI's powerful cutter head design coupled with its unique conveyor system cuts weeds at depths of up to 8 ft. below the surface and then collects and conveys the floating weeds back to shore where they may be collected, dried, processed or burned.
