Online Support System (OSS)

We take warranty and after sales support seriously at Millennium Systems International. Unlike many of our competitors, we pride ourselves on our response to warranty claims, however minor.

While all MSI systems are warranted for at least one year after shipment, we offer our Extended Service Plan Protection (ESPP) for up to five years.

Ask us about our innovative Online Support System (OSS) which can provide you with an MSI-administered and maintained website with complete online Operating & Maintenance documentation (including parts breakdowns, trouble-shooting guides, preventive maintenance schedules, safety advisories, etc.) on your MSI system.
